Beta mannanase is a hydrolysis enzyme that acts on mannan (glucomannan, galactomannan, etc.) of feed. It can be widely used in a variety of feed to improve nutriention digestibility and animal production performance to increase economic efficiency. It is a new type of enzyme preparation produced from fermention of Richter Trichoderma.

Enzyme Activity Definition                                                                                                                         

One unit (U) of mannanase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which liberates 1μmol reducing sugar per minute from 3mg/mL mannan solution at 37°C, pH5.5.

1.Reduce the chyme viscosity and increase the digestion and absorption of nutrients through decomposition of mannan and NSP.2.Degrade the complex of mannan and lipopolysaccharide and protein to enhance the absorption of fat and increase the energy value of feedstuff.3.Eliminate the combination of mannan, NSP, digestive enzyme and bile salt, thus improving the digestive enzyme activity.4.Degrade mannan, break down cell wall and release enwrapped nutrients to contact with digestive enzymes, thereby enhancing the nutritional value of feed.5.Mannose, the degradation product of mannan, can reduce the colonization of pathogenic bacteria in intestine, protect the integrity of intestinal mucosa, significantly promote the proliferation of profitable bacteria represented by bifidobacterium in animal intestine, lessen the diarrhea, and ultimately improve the production performance of animals.

Usage and Dosage                                                                                                                                     

Directly add it to animal feed and mix evenly.

Reference dosage is 100-150g/ton feed.

Storage and Shelf Life
